Senders Whole workspace
Each merge picks one: your connected Gmail or the shared Forwardfy sender. Nobody can send from another operator's Gmail.
Leave it empty and replies go to whoever started the merge. This is the only place Reply-To is set.
Your signature Only you
Fills the sender name and phone merge fields and the signature block. On the Forwardfy sender it belongs to whoever started the merge.
Sending window Whole workspace
When emails are allowed to go out. Anything scheduled outside the window waits for the next open slot.

Limits and safety rails Whole workspace
Daily caps, pacing and the automatic pause that protects your domain reputation.
A warmed Google Workspace mailbox is usually safe around 100 a day. New Gmail connections ramp up on their own over five sending days.
Footer and unsubscribe Whole workspace
Every send carries the legal name, mailing address and an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribes take effect immediately.
Suppression list
Unsubscribes, hard bounces and addresses you block by hand. Nothing on this list is ever emailed, from any sender.
