How we handle mobile information for our account-notification text messaging program.

This SMS Privacy Policy explains how Forwardfy Capital LLC ("Forwardfy Capital," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our text messaging (SMS/MMS) program. For everything else, see our general Privacy Policy.

1. Who This Program Is For

Forwardfy Capital uses this campaign to coordinate with existing customers over SMS, who have opted in to account notifications via SMS. We do not text prospects, applicants who have not become customers, or anyone who has not affirmatively opted in. There is no text-message sign-up anywhere on this website: opt-in is collected only on the signed funding application, and it is never a condition of applying for or receiving funding.

2. Information We Collect

4. Mobile Information and Text Messaging (SMS/MMS)

When you opt in to receive text messages from Forwardfy Capital, we collect your mobile phone number and your consent to be contacted. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message, and you may reply HELP or INFO for assistance. To opt back in, text START or YES.

All messages you receive from Forwardfy Capital are delivered by our text messaging platform provider, which acts as our messaging platform provider and delivers messages on our behalf as a service provider. That provider processes this information solely to provide the messaging service and does not use or share your mobile information for its own marketing purposes.

5. How We Share Information

Within the messaging program, we may share information only in these limited circumstances:

Service providers. With vendors and subcontractors who perform services on our behalf (for example, message delivery, hosting, or customer support), who are contractually required to protect your information and use it only to provide those services.
Legal requirements. When required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the protections described in this policy.

We do not share consumer information, including mobile opt-in data, with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE. All opt outs are handled immediately via our global stop list. You may also contact us using the information below to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, where applicable under law. Opting out of text messages will not affect any other services you receive from us.

7. Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this SMS Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of our services after any change indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
